一、概述Outline
QJ(N/T)Z型氣動(dòng)偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)閥(或稱(chēng)凸輪繞曲調(diào)節(jié)閥)由偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥,氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)、閥門(mén)定位器、手輪機(jī)構(gòu)組成。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)如下:
1.閥座磨損小,使用壽命長(zhǎng):球面閥芯回旋中心不與閥桿旋轉(zhuǎn)軸同心,可減少閥座磨損,延長(zhǎng)控制閥壽命;
2.泄漏量小:閥芯和閥座關(guān)閉時(shí),閥芯繞臂在執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)推力作用下產(chǎn)生微小彈性變形及彈性漲緊力,使閥芯與閥座更加緊密牢固,大大地減小泄漏量;
3.執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)所需扭矩比球閥,蝶閥的?。涸摦a(chǎn)品綜合了單座閥、球閥、蝶閥等控制閥的優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有閥體流路簡(jiǎn)單,流阻小、額定流量系數(shù)大,可調(diào)比大、泄漏量小,密封性能好及體積小,重量輕等特點(diǎn),可廣泛應(yīng)用于石油石化,冶金,醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)的控制系統(tǒng)中。

二、結(jié)構(gòu)原理Structure principle
氣動(dòng)偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥閥芯,閥桿作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),所以調(diào)節(jié)閥在工作過(guò)程中所受摩擦力很小,當(dāng)閥芯和閥座相接觸關(guān)閉時(shí),閥芯繞臂在執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)推力作用下產(chǎn)生微小彈性變形及彈性漲緊力,使閥芯與閥座接觸更加緊密牢固,因此偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥泄漏量很小。同時(shí)關(guān)閉閥門(mén)所需的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)推力與球閥、蝶閥相比要小。另外在閥芯與上,下導(dǎo)向之間留有一定的間隙以確保閥芯能自動(dòng)對(duì)中。
在偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥產(chǎn)品中,省去了閥蓋這一單獨(dú)零件,閥蓋與閥體鑄成一體,由于閥蓋較長(zhǎng),有足夠的散熱面積,故偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥的使用溫度為-40~+350℃。
